2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
3. Eligibility

- Each order is a binding offer to purchase; the contract is concluded only when the code is delivered to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors).
6. Payment
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment details you authorize the gateway to charge the full order amount. We do not store full card numbers or CVV values on our servers.
7. Delivery
Codes are delivered electronically to your account dashboard and the email address on file, typically within seconds of successful payment. If a code has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact idowodoc@gmail.com with your order ID.
8. Refunds
Because gift card codes are intangible digital goods that lose their value the moment they are revealed, all sales are final once the code has been delivered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
- No fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised resale of codes.
- No use of stolen cards, false identities, or chargeback abuse.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the Site.
Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and reporting to authorities.
10. Intellectual property
All Site content — logos, copy, design, code — belongs to NOVEXA HUB TRADE MANAGEMENT LTD or its licensors. Third-party brand names (Steam, Apple, Google, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the gift card product being sold.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that the Site will be error-free. Use of any gift card code is subject to the issuing brand's own terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
