1. The general rule
All sales of digital gift card codes are final once the code has been delivered.By placing an order you expressly acknowledge that delivery of the code begins immediately upon successful payment and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content.
2. When you ARE entitled to a refund
- Non-delivery. Payment was charged but no code appeared in your account or email within 24 hours, and our team cannot deliver the code on request.
- Invalid or already-redeemed code. The code we delivered is verifiably invalid, blocked, or was already redeemed before delivery — confirmed by the issuing brand.
- Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same order due to a system error.
- Order cancelled by us (e.g. fraud check, pricing error) before the code is delivered.
3. When you are NOT entitled to a refund
- You changed your mind after the code was delivered.
- You purchased the wrong region, denomination, or product variant.
- The code has been viewed, copied, or redeemed by you or a third party with access to your account/email.
- The issuing brand later blocks the code due to violations of its terms by you.
- You experience platform compatibility issues unrelated to the validity of the code itself.
4. How to request a refund
- Email idowodoc@gmail.com within 7 days of the order.
- Include: order ID, registered email, payment reference, and a clear description of the issue.
- If applicable, attach a screenshot of the error message from the issuing brand.
5. Processing time
- We acknowledge every refund request within 24 hours.
- Investigation typically completes within 3 – 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; settlement times depend on your bank or card issuer (usually 5 – 14 business days).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming non-delivery for a code that was successfully used) may result in account suspension and reporting to the payment network and law-enforcement.
7. Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled only before the code has been delivered. Once the system has sent the code, cancellation is no longer possible.
